Introduction

Welcome to GrabGoals! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GrabGoals app and website (grabgoals.netlify.app), including all related tools, features, apps, services, technologies, and software we offer (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by Gursewak Singh ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Use of Our Service

GrabGoals provides a platform for organizing and participating in football tournaments. Users can create tournament listings, join tournaments, view tournament information, and interact with other participants.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
• Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• User Conduct: You are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree not to use the Service to engage in any unlawful activity or to infringe on the rights of others. You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Service any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable

Communications

For account verification, such as sending one-time passwords (OTPs), and critical notifications, we use the sender ID "GRBGLS" for SMS communications. This header is used to ensure the messages you receive are clearly identifiable as coming from GrabGoals, contributing to the security and reliability of our Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gursewak Singh and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Gursewak Singh.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gursewak Singh, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
