For verification purposes, such as sending one-time passwords (OTPs), we will use the sender ID "GRBGLS" for SMS messages. This ensures that you can easily identify messages that are legitimately from GrabGoals and enhances the security of your account.

1. Navigate to the Settings tab within the GrabGoals app.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Select the Delete Account option. You will be prompted to confirm your decision to delete your account.
4. Upon confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Please note that after deleting your account, you will not be able to recover any of your data, and some information may remain in our records for a certain period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
